Recruitment is a challenging task. Finding the right person for an organisation is just not about few parameters of education, years, skills etc it is also about attitude, culture, values, (soft skills) etc of the person. Knowledge & utilization of the various technologies and tools involved in this process to identify, shortlist, select and recruit a person is an other excellent skill.
